Quality and IPC Compliance Statement

Qubit Microwave Inc. is committed to delivering high-reliability RF and microwave hardware manufactured in accordance with recognized industry quality standards. Our design, manufacturing, and supplier qualification processes emphasize performance, traceability, and repeatability to ensure consistent product quality across all delivered systems.

Printed circuit boards, assemblies, and related electronic hardware are fabricated through qualified manufacturing partners that operate in accordance with applicable IPC standards, including but not limited to IPC-A-600 (Acceptability of Printed Boards), IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies), IPC-6012 (Qualification and Performance Specification for Rigid Printed Boards), and IPC-J-STD-001 (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies), as applicable to the product and manufacturing process.

Qubit Microwave Inc. works closely with fabrication and assembly partners to ensure controlled manufacturing processes, material quality verification, and inspection procedures aligned with industry best practices for high-frequency and high-performance electronic systems. Supplier selection is based on demonstrated technical capability, process control, and adherence to recognized quality management practices.

Where required, manufacturing documentation, inspection records, and material traceability are maintained to support customer and regulatory requirements. Quality verification procedures may include electrical testing, visual inspection, dimensional verification, and performance validation appropriate to RF and microwave applications.

Through continuous collaboration with IPC-compliant fabrication facilities and rigorous internal engineering review, Qubit Microwave Inc. ensures that all products meet demanding performance expectations for medical, aerospace, defense, research, and advanced technology applications.

Environmental andRegulatory Compliance Statements

RoHS Compliance Statement

Qubit Microwave Inc. is committed to environmentally responsible product design and manufacturing practices. Our products are designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the European Union Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive 2011/65/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2015/863 (RoHS 3), which restricts the use of certain hazardous materials in electrical and electronic equipment.

Restricted substances under RoHS include lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), hexavalent chromium (Cr⁶⁺), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), and specified phthalates (DEHP, BBP, DBP, and DIBP), each within the maximum concentration values permitted by the directive.

Qubit Microwave Inc. works with qualified suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure materials, components, and assembly processes meet applicable RoHS requirements. Compliance is supported through supplier declarations, material disclosures, and manufacturing process controls. Unless otherwise specified, products are considered RoHS compliant at the homogeneous material level in accordance with regulatory limits. Certain specialized products intended for research, aerospace, or defense applications may qualify for applicable RoHS exemptions where permitted by law.

REACH Compliance Statement

Qubit Microwave Inc. supports compliance with the European Union Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006. We work with our suppliers to monitor and manage the presence of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) as identified by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).

Based on information provided by our supply chain partners, Qubit Microwave Inc. products are manufactured with materials that comply with REACH requirements regarding SVHC reporting obligations. Suppliers are required to notify Qubit Microwave Inc. if regulated substances exceeding applicable thresholds are present in supplied materials or components.

We continuously review updates to the REACH candidate list and cooperate with suppliers to maintain compliance and transparency throughout the product lifecycle. REACH compliance information for specific products is available upon request.

WEEE Compliance Statement

Qubit Microwave Inc. supports the objectives of the European Union Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive 2012/19/EU, which promotes environmentally responsible collection, recycling, and recovery of electronic equipment at end of life.

Products supplied by Qubit Microwave Inc. are designed with consideration for material recovery and responsible disposal practices. Equipment marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol should not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste and should instead be collected separately through appropriate recycling or recovery systems in accordance with local regulations.

Where applicable, customers located within jurisdictions governed by WEEE regulations are encouraged to follow local electronic waste collection procedures or contact Qubit Microwave Inc. for guidance regarding responsible product disposal.

Export Compliance and ITAR Notice

Qubit Microwave Inc. complies with all applicable United States export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 C.F.R. Parts 120–130) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 C.F.R. Parts 730–774).  

Certain products, software, services, and technical data provided by Qubit Microwave Inc. may be subject to U.S. export controls. Access to controlled items or technical data may be restricted to U.S. persons, as defined under applicable regulations, and may require authorization from the United States Government prior to export, re-export, transfer, or disclosure to foreign persons or foreign entities.
