Board Overview
This SP4T board integrates the a solid state switch die with an optimized RF layout to support ultra wide band, multi-GHz operation. It includes 2.92mm female connectors and control interfaces to make integration into larger systems straightforward:
- RF Interfaces: 50 Ω 2.92 mm female connectors (board level)
- Control: 3.15 V – 3.45 V CMOS logic compatible
- Power Supply: Single 3.3 V supply for switch IC rail
The board implements proper RF grounding, impedance control, and decoupling to maximize isolation and minimize reflections across the operating band.
