Board Overview

This SP4T board integrates MEMS IC switching with a controlled-impedance RF layout to support wideband operation (DC–18 GHz SP4T, and up to 26 GHz in Super-Port mode).

  • RF Interfaces: 50 Ω 2.92 mm female connectors (board level)

  • Control: 5 V CMOS logic compatible with optical isolation

  • Power Supply: Single 90V supply

The board implements proper RF grounding, impedance control, and decoupling to maximize isolation and minimize reflections across the operating band.
